Psychological and School Services of Eastern Carolina, PLLC (PASSEC) provides services to children and their families in Eastern North Carolina. Established in 2007, Psychological and School Services of Eastern Carolina provides evaluation and therapy to children and family members. Kelly C. Lagan-Moynahan, PhD, LPA, HSP-PA has an extensive background in psychological testing. She provides evaluations for many different childhood disorders including, but not limited to, diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorders, Asperger’s Disorder, learning disabilities, dyslexia, behavior-emotional disorders, anxiety and depression, private school/gifted placement, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorders, mental retardation/intellectual deficits, and clarifying diagnosis. Dr. Moynahan has a specific interest in helping children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger’s Disorder, low incidence handicapping condition, and learning disabilities.

Psychological and School Services of Eastern Carolina, PLLC is dedicated to providing exceptional quality evaluations and assessments. In addition, we provide therapy not only for the referred child, but also for parents, siblings, and extended family. We also provide school observations and teacher consultations to help with problems that arise at school. At PASSEC, we understand the importance of modifying the family environment in which a child lives and/or school environment in which the child learns. We want to maximize the effectiveness of recommendations and therapy by taking a rounded approach to healing.
